Our approach to every service
1. Brief enquiry call
Before anything is booked, we have a short telephone conversation to understand your situation and make sure the right service is suggested. No charge, no obligation.
2. Session at our premises
The service takes place at our quiet Loi Kroh Road office. Everything is explained before it begins, and the pace is set by the family — not by a clock.
3. Printed materials to take away
Every service ends with printed materials — a toolkit, checklists, or a written plan — so the work done in the session is not lost once people leave the room.
Service 01
Calm Conversation Toolkit Session
A gentle session — held one-to-one or with a small family group — that gives households simple, structured prompts and written tools to approach a difficult conversation with patience. Designed for families navigating change who want discussions to stay constructive rather than circular or heated.
This service is educational and supportive only. It does not constitute advice, representation, or direction of any kind. A printed toolkit is provided at the end of the session for ongoing use.

Service 02
Household Paperwork Sorting Workshop
A half-day small-group workshop helping families organise and clearly label the everyday documents a home keeps — using plain checklists. Suited to households that want order during a period of transition and do not know where to start with their paperwork.
This service is organisational and informational only. Where formal guidance is needed, participants are referred to official and appropriate sources. Printed checklists and labelled folders are included in the session price.

Service 03
Shared Arrangements & Summary Package
A structured package helping a family set out simple shared arrangements for communication and record-keeping, summarised in plain writing that every household member can follow. Designed for families seeking calm and clarity — particularly when several adults need to be on the same page about how a household will operate going forward.
This service is supportive and organisational only. It includes signposting to appropriate official resources where formal professional guidance is needed. The package concludes with a written plan and a family briefing session.

Information shared with Kinora is used only for that session's preparation and delivery. It is not passed to third parties.

Plain-language materials
All written outputs are reviewed for clarity. Every adult in a household should be able to read and understand them without assistance.
Honest referral practice
When a situation requires formal professional guidance, we say so and provide up-to-date signposting to appropriate official resources.
Small, attentive groups
Workshops are limited to six participants. One-to-one sessions are never shared with other families.
No obligation, ever
Enquiries never carry pressure. A family can ask questions, attend a session, and decide not to continue at any stage without obligation.
